 August 5th, 2007 will forever be a day that Seattle, Washington remembers. On that night, baseball took a backseat as 55,414 fans filled Safeco Field to the brim to watch PRIME’s 4th annual Colossus event.

 Colossus IV was a monumental night. The millions of fans who watched around the world witnessed numerous historic moments. Wade Elliott, the fan-favorite rough neck, made his Colossus debut in successful fashion, defeating ‘The Ego of New England’ Nitz Donnelly. Though JitC victories and a Universal Championship would follow in the following years, Jason Snow achieved his first PRIME triumph by defeating Easton Hall for the 5 Star Championship.

 CIV was also arguably the most emotional night in PRIME history as two long-standing and beloved superstars said good-bye. On the same night that ‘The Risen Star’ Nova, and ‘The Inhuman Being’ Tchu were inducted into the PRIME Hall of Fame, each superstar retired from the federation following emotional losses. The men who retired the two legends… Danny Ferguson and Titan St. James. Ferguson defeated Nova in a bitterly personal 2 of 3 falls match, emerging successful at the end of a year long grudge match.  Titan bested The Inhuman Being in a brutal slugfest, the culmination of an ego battle that saw Tchu step foot into the ring with the one superstar he couldn’t claim a victory over.  He still can’t.

 Along with Ferguson Vs Nova, CIV featured two other epic matches that made up the event’s triple main event. In a year long cluster that had seen the four rising stars pass around the Intense Championship like a hot potato, Devin Shakur emerged victorious over Pierce Lavelle, Dusk, and Jonathan Winters, capturing his second Intense title.

 And in the final match of the evening, a heated feud three years in the making, former tag partners Lindsay Troy and Sonny Silver squared off in a classic encounter. Troy was able to best her nemesis, finishing off Silver with the Stay of Execution. In doing so, The Queen of the Ring would become the first Universal Champion to successfully defend the title at PRIME’s biggest show, officially breaking the ‘Colossus Curse’.  On the night of August 13th, 2006, Tampa, FL played host to one of the most incredible wrestling events of all time... 75,000 fans packed Raymond James Stadium and watched on that evening, witnessing what many have called the greatest show in PRIME history.  Colossus III saw five official PRIME championships on the line (not to mention one unsanctioned title). The event kicked off with Business & Pleasure capturing the Tag Titles. The two rivals put on an often brutal, instantly classic match, worthy of a Colossus main event. In the end, two Downfalls were enough to slay the Supreme Machine, as Tchu captured his second Universal Title, finally vanquishing his greatest enemy.
