			Prior to becoming known as the Cowboys From Hell, Wyatt Colton wrestled as '''The Martian''' while Jake Ennis wrestled as '''Connor Chesney'''. Under these names, neither one of them found any great sustainable success and were hired to be "enhancement talent" in FUSE.

	~~===After~~ FUSE~~===~~		On the March 7th, 2007 edition of [[Killzone]], [[Araceli Negra]] made her way to the ring while Chesney and the Martian were standing in the ring with two other "enhancement talents", Runamuk and Justin Illusion. That night, the two of them joined forces and started to shed the image of their past, as they brutally attacked the other two men.

			Weeks would pass, and even more of the image of the two men would vanish, as the Martian would eventually become known as '''Wyatt Colton''' and Chesney would start to be called '''Connor Ennis''' before using the name '''Jake Ennis'''.

			For a short period, the two would come have problems in the ring before finding common ground and being christened as the '''Cowboys From Hell'''. During this time, they would become one of the more dominant tag team in the '''FUSE Fatal Faction''' division, winning the titles before being granted their release as FUSE phased out its tag team division.

			A few months after being released from their FUSE contracts, the Cowboys From Hell found themselves signed by [[Global Championship Wrestling]]. Their time in the promotion as a team was largely unremarkable, as it ended rather quickly due to Jake wanting to take time off from wrestling to battle a drinking problem. Wyatt would stay in GCW for a few more months, teaming with [[Dorian Ryan]] as [[No Mercy Enterprises]] (NME).
