	The Elite Championship was created ~~to fill the void of~~ the PTC Unified Title ~~after it~~ was retired ~~from competition~~. ~~A month after the Unified Title was retired, the Elite Championship was unveiled not only as a form of~~ competition~~, but a way~~ to ~~draw~~ attention to the federations associated with it. It allowed for a string to be drawn from fed to fed to increase readership and allow others to become aware of the competitors from these federations. It also promotes a friendliness between the different feds as they work together to create stories and develop feuds that will later turn into matches on a variety of different events.
