The event was headlined by a Steel Cage Match for the [[New-Found Heavyweight Championship]]. The contest saw [[Darcsyde]] take on the reigning champion [[Corvus]]. The event also saw the onset of a New-Found Tag Team Division when [[Sean Molson]] and [[Jacque Noreault]] defeated [[Morbyd Theology]]. Retribution also led to the birth of a new championship, or a revision of one. As a result of the popularity of the Death Match for the [[New-Found Television Championship]] the title went under some changes.
