single parent home by his mother, Madison (Maddie) Ona. Ona's father left Maddie after he found out that she was pregnant with Ariz. When The Rizmaster was younger, he was told that his father was a pro wrestler, but his mom never told him the father's name so Ona does not really know who his dad is. Ariz was an isolationist during his childhood and adolescence. He would always stay away from the other kids. After high school, Zona tried to make it on his own as a drummer.
