WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

Quite simply the biggest award the Universal Wrestling Federation has to offer. But then, that's generally what a World Championship comes to. Standing at the top of the heap, the World title is the pinnacle of excellence in wrestling today ... a championship only for the mighty, the strong, and the ones with enough stroke to push themselves into the front of the queue. Because we in the UWF are mighty politicians. Mighty. Nevertheless, it is the crown of legends and kings ... a belt that only the most stalwart and talented could even hope to contend for, let alone hold. For it is the World Heavyweight Championship ... and all must tremble. TREMBLE~!!!

NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP

The North American title, the second highest title in the UWF is back from the dead…. AGAIN~! Knowing that nearly every single person to hold the North American Title was went on to win the World Title should make you want to go out and win this puppy should be enough, but its also the prettiest belt EVAH~! Once a covenanted prize in the GIWF,then brought back by Al Crud; only to be fused with the Intercontinental Championship; THEN BROUGHT BACK AGAIN BY RICHARD HAYES! Yes, this title has been around the block a few times, but it is back and ready to see some epic battles be fought for it. Maybe this time though, it is back for good ... just maybe.

INSERT-NAME-HERE CHAMPIONSHIP!

Once the UWF's third highest ranking title, it was the Intercontinental Championship ... or mayhap the honor of being known as the Supreme Master of All Seven Continents, as others have deemed it. The IC title was merely steps away from being the best in the entire promotion, showing that the champion is among the best there is; when it comes right down to it, the Champion stands above nearly all else, being barely inches away from greatness ... and inches away from falling into obscurity at the hands of the next up-and-coming champion. It's the grooming ground of legends, and the kiddie pool for heroes. Now the championship has been given a re-tooling, however ... in a 'brilliant' addition by UWF Owner Richard Hayes, the Intercontinental title became the Insert-Name-Here Championship ... both the name and the rules of the title being up to every champion that holds its golden goodness to their breast!

(T)HE (H)ARDCORE (C)HAMPIONSHIP

Known only to UWF fans as the THC title, so-named for the THC Corporation which purchased the GIWF in early 2000 and originally brought the championship in, the title is exactly what you'd expect it to be ... the rallying point for all those silly wrestlers who enjoy nothing more than cutting their opponent open with a butcher knife and strangling them with their own small intestines. Love of small bunny rabbits is a definite requirement for this championship. Gotta love those bunnies. Decapitated bunnies.

TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP

Although generally used as a title for the younger members of the company to fight over, there is little denying that the UWF World Television Championship is quite possibly the single hardest championship to hold. The belts only stipulation is simple enough, of course ... it just has to be defended on every televised event. With the promise that the champion will have to defend his belt on every card for the length of his reign, against any number of hungry young stars, the TV belt has long been said to only be for the mentally unbalanced ... only idiots and nut-jobs usually look forward to the incredible work rate the title requires. A long reign with the belt will almost always be the heralding of a new star, though, and open the suits' eyes no matter how new you may be.

WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

The definitive prize for Tag Team Wrestling, the UWF World Tag Team Championship are the goal of every pair of wrestlers that sets foot in our humble halls. Although generally used as only a novelty in most promotions, the UWF uses the championship as the crown jewel of their proud division, ranking the belt just below the World Heavyweight Championship on the totem pole. Whether you're a pair of insane Viet-cong, simply extroverted homosexuals, or just have a friend with a death wish, the Tag Team Division is calling you ... and mocking you with the belts you'll never have. Eat it!

STABLE WARS CHAMPIONSHIP

Carrying a four year history within it's golden cup, the Stable Wars Championship is quite simply the mantel piece of the Universal Wrestling Federation's biggest tournament. Stables of four all sign up in an incredibly large tourney ... and at the end of the night, only one team will have their names forever immortalized on it's cup. Even with the prize of hand-picked title shots at stake in the tournament, joining the ranks of the wrestling legends who have held the trophy before is ... is ... well its pretty darn important, I'd say.

CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS ... err ... CHAMPIONSHIP?

Once a year all of the current and former champions of that year face of in a tournament to be named the Champion of Champions ... pretty much because it does exactly what it says on the tin.

... if, that is, there was a tin. Which there isn't. It is just a name.
