Daniel Brown owned a regional federation in Nevada that he gave the unlikely name of "Ultimate Wrestling Federation". While far from ultimate, during their heyday the UWF was a respected name in the sport. Dan brought the newly renamed BloodAngel into his federation and began Edward on his path of barbed wire and chairs. Dan was seeking someone large enough to be a visible threat to his at the time hardcore talent and upon Edwards arrival he found himself constantly facing a barrage of bottles, chairs, barbed wire, and trash cans.
