High Octane Wrestling is a promotion with various ties to the Primetime Central community despite having never been part of their affiliate promotions.

Return of HOTv
In early 2009, Lee Best brought back HOTv which HOW was the first federation to join, followed soon by Ringside Wrestling and Saints Haven.

Crow won the World title on March 16th, 2009 from Graystone at March to Glory in a Hell in a Cell Inferno Match
HOW ICON Champion: Issac Slade
Slade won the ICON title on February 26th, 2009 from Max Kael on Thursday Night Turmoil.
HOW LSD Champion: Christopher America
Christopher America won the LSD title on March 16th, 2009 from Scottywood at March to Glory in a Alamo Match
HOW Stable Champions: Argonauts of Awesome
The AoA had previous held the Stable title for 129 days before briefly loosing it to the Knight of Epicness. They regained the title on March 16th, 2009 at March to Glory in a TLC match.
