Mike Biddle

Early Life

Michael Dorian Biddle was born November 22, 1978. His parents were wealthy businessman Henry Biddle and Hollywood starlet Violet Rainey. Biddle is the grandson of Hollywood legend John Rainey.

Biddle was educated by the finest private school in the Los Angeles area, Campbell Hall. It was here that he became the star of the school’s wrestling team and first garnered the attention of the man that would eventually become his manager, William Bastafar. Bastafar offered Biddle enrollment in his small wrestling school but Biddle turned the offer down because he had yet to finish high school.

Once Biddle finished high school his parents sent him to Cook’s Acting Academy in Hollywood, the same acting school that had trained his mother and grandfather in the fine art of acting. Upon graduation Biddle found it hard to find a starring role despite his acting pedigree. After a few frustrating months without work Biddle turned to William Bastafar for training in professional wrestling.

PTC Career

Wrestling under the moniker “Mr. Main Event” Mike Marvelous, Biddle quickly rose to fame on the independent wrestling circuit and earned a call up to the small promotion Breakdown Wrestling (BDW). Biddle spent a month on the promotions undercard until his contract was up.

He quickly jumped ship to 4 Winds Wrestling (4WW). Biddle quickly shot up the ladder by winning the 4WW South Wind Championship and the East Wind Championship (with “The Technical Spectacle” Jerms). Within months of joining 4WW Biddle dropped the Mike Marvelous name in favor of his true name.

Biddle got a chance for even more recognition when he was entered into a match with PTC Extreme Champion Fathom. Biddle won the match and held onto the title until the next defense when he lost to fellow 4WW star Sean McClancy.

Once his 4WW contract had expired Biddle explored free agency and signed with PTC mainstay Global. Biddle received the honor of being Global’s Television Champion, Platinum Champion and International Champion.

Biddle’s biggest Global feat was winning the 2006 Clash of the Titans, earning him a shot at World Champion Jake Hix at Wrestlecade. However the highly anticipated match turned out to be a disappointment when at the match’s climax Biddle simply laid down for Hix. After the match it was revealed that the two men had been pulling the wool over Global’s eyes the whole time and had been in cahoots with each other.

This was Biddle’s last match.

Acting Career

While still competing in Global, Biddle got the call from Hollywood. His first movie role was in the flop Gilligan’s Island in which he played Thurston J. Howell III. Fortunately, this movie did not interfere with Biddle’s wrestling schedule.

However, Hollywood called again and this time demanded a full time commitment. Biddle accepted and became the star of the Aqua-Man franchise. Biddle is currently filming the second movie in the series which is due out summer 2008.
