Markus Stone (real name, Markus Stone, born November 25th, 2007) is a North American wrestler best known for his prominent role in the World Internet Wrestling where he wrestled under the name Zero. He is currently wrestling with Global Championship Wrestling where he is the reigning Tag Team Championship as one half of the tag team Banned & Exiled~! with his friend, Chris Storm.
Early Career
World Internet Wrestling
Markus Stone first got his start wrestling for WIW. Owned by Jason Chae, Markus Stone experienced a good deal of success in this company. He also made a good number of friends very quickly. SoZe, Jole Tempest, and Shane Slade quickly come to mind. However, it was there that he also met Chris Storm. It is somewhat strange that the two became close friends, however, because Storm had ended the career of a long-time friend of Markus', Super Starr, whose real name was Michael Evans, trained with Markus Stone. His career was cut short in a horrible accident, as Chris broke his neck during a match.
Markus won the WIW Television title almost immediately, and after a few defenses gave the title away. Not long after, he was placed in the main event scene. Although Markus only held the World title once, he was constantly in the main event. This later lead to his being inducted into the WIW Hall of Fame.

Global Championship Wrestling
Markus Stone returned from injury in 2007 and signed a contract with Global Championship Wrestling (where he currently wrestles). The deal saw the reformation of a previous tag team, Banned & Exiled~! with his long-time friend from WIW, Chris Storm. The two are enjoying a lengthy title reign as the Tag Team Champions, winning the belt off the previous champions, UNITED, at the supershow High Stakes. Consequentially, the two have remained in their old ways and continue to get in trouble with authority. The duo is currently suspended indefinitely. This is their second suspension. They have also been fined almost $10,000 a piece in damages. At High Stakes they were arrested for rigging casino games, but the charges were dropped in time for the two to wrestle for the Tag Team titles.
Injury
Markus' right knee was severely injured from years of in ring abuse. To be frank, he shouldn't have been wrestling in the first place. Markus pushed through the pain, with some help from a virtual pharmacy of painkillers, and steroid injections. These, however, also proved to be an undoing. The medications that he was taken took their toll on Markus' psyche, and made his depression/paranoia tenfold worse. It is a vicious disease that he still struggles with today. When Markus finally did take time to attempt surgery, his knee had degenerated so much that his only option was to have metal plates bonded to the bones in his knees.
It has been five years since then, and Markus has finally decided to step back into the ring. The knee is quite the hinderance to him, but it has also given him an additional weapon to use.
Markus' personality has changed drastically over the years, and the end result is a very bitter man. Markus has dealt with a plethora of tragedies and difficulties in his years, some of them stemming from his childhood. The full extant of his hardships is unknown even to his closest friends, as Markus has always denied help from any one. These days, however, Markus seeks to take the pain the he feels inside, and force others to endure the same hardships.
