World Wrestling Alliance
The World Wrestling Alliance is currently an active federation that was part of the Primetime Central for many years, under
the original ownership of Mark Harrington; the company has also been under the control of Matthew Warr and Phil Flaws. They are currently being handled by Josh LeCappelain, Joseph Stock and Jafar Iqbal.
In it's return the WWA now runs a weekly webcast called Underground and looks to run 4 pay per view's which are; Retribution, Bourbon Street Brawl, Independence Day Rumble, and the annual spectacular Rage In The Cage.
The company currently has two major titles; WWA Championship which was formally known as the WWA World Heavyweight Championship, and the WWA United States Championship.
The WWA went out of business in June 2009 and has been closed since then. New ownership has purchased the assets of the fed, including a number of contracts with time remaining on them. But being out of sight means being out of mind. Drastic cuts have occurred and the WWA is really starting from scratch.
This means things will start out with an indy fed feeling. Think ECW in the late 90s, or ROH/DragonGate today. Instead of sold-out stadiums, we’ll be wrestling in convention centers and arenas that only holding a few thousand. The remaining fans are our die-hards, the ones who live and breathe WWA.
No more WWATron. No more pyro. We can handle some lightening effects, but a Hell in a Cell or Buried Alive match is not in the budget. Of course as time goes on, we should rebuild our audience and get moving up the ladder.

"The Painmaker" Randy Cross
- Real Name: Randy Cross
- Handler Name: Randy Johnson
- Date of Induction: 1st January 2003
- Reasons for Induction: Randy Cross was the blood and guts of the World Wrestling Alliance in the early days. He immediately formed the House of Pain and with him at the helm dominated the WWA for the first two years of its existance. Randy Cross and the House of Pain were at the heart of every angle and just about every feud. Randy Cross, as of his induction, is the only 4-Time WWA World Heavyweight Champion.

Nikodemous Segier
- Real Name: Nikodemous Segier
- Handler Name: Greg Brunelle
- Date of Induction: 1st January 2003
- Reasons for Induction: Nikodemous Segier was the first person to beat Randy Cross without a DQ. Thus, he was the first to beat Randy for the World Title. Nikodemous feuded with The Outlaw in the mid part of 1998, and put out some great matches with The Outlaw. Nik joined the House of Pain in the mid part of 1998, and the infamous group immediately turned to fan favorites. This is when the HOP enjoyed their most victorious run, with Nik in its ranks. In his second Title reign, Nik held the title for over 10 months, bousting the longest world title reign in the WWA's History.

The Outlaw
- Real Name: Todd Williams
- Handler Name: Todd Williams
- Date of Induction: 1st January 2003
- Reasons for Induction: The Outlaw emerged on the scene in the tag ranks with his business partner, smartly called Mr Business. Together they formed the Executive Club and became the first World Tag Team Champions. They had some amazing battles with the Commadant's Own, who eventually beat them for the titles. The Outlaw, was an Extreme Wrestler, when Extreme wasn't cool. Along with Shaman and New Star, he blazed the way in the newly made Extreme Division, capturing the Extreme Title once. In addition, he was the Light Heavyweight champion on 3 different occasions. Beating the mighty Nik Segier twice and New Star once. Then the Outlaw took the next step to the US Title beating the incomprable Johnny Blaze. Once, Randy Cross left the House of Pain, The Outlaw took the reigns and the didn't miss a beat. At the helm of the HOP, The Outlaw won the WWA World Title twice. Once beating Denrol and the other after winning a HUGE 64 man Tourney.

The Overlords of the Dark
- Handler Name: Greg Brunelle
- Date of Induction: 1st January 2003
- Reasons for Induction: The Overlords of the Dark were the single most dominate force in the early WWA, possibly EVER in the WWA. Together Darken and Steihl gained the World Tag Team Titles twice. The most amazing part of this, they were just as dominate in singles competition, as they were as Partners. They headlined a feud between themselves that spanded over a year, netting them many singles titles and the 1999 Feud of the Year award. Darken. during the feud with Steihl, he beat Stiehl for the United States title in a dangerous Fire Match. Months later Darken beats Gregory O'Hara for the WWA World Title. Steihl, during his feud with Darken, was United States champ twice, once beating Darken and the other beating Jack, of the Horsemen. In addition, Steihl joined the House of Pain and even beat Darken with their aid to gain the WWA World Title.

- Reasons for Induction: Ian has accomplished EVERYTHING. He is a former NCAA Wrestling Champion. He is a former WWA Television Champion. He twice won the WWA US Title, and for 7 months, Ian Tense was the WWA World Heavyweight Champion, a feat rivaled only by Nik Seiger and Dave Harley.
