The Magnificent Messiah
The Magnificent Messiah (born Maynard McGarrity, October 23, 1977) is a professional wrestler currently employed by Global Championship Wrestling and Kamikaze Fight Club. The Messiah has also made appearances for Just Wrestling, an indy promotion based out of the Northeast United States.
Global Championship Wrestling: March 2010 - Present
The Magnificent Messiah signed with GCW in March of 2010 as part of Garbage Bag Johnny's 'aggresive expansion' initiative. Coming in as a relative unknown, expectations were rather low for the Messiah, who'd never appeared on American television prior to his GCW debut. He has remained relatively silent since his debut with the company, but has managed to win two straight matches and has entered the second round of the illustrious Rampage Tournament.
